Delivery Policy

A local delivery fee of $8 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)

Orders must be received before 12:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed unless we have recipient or business phone number and correct address.

Area Covered

Our delivery area includes: Goodlettsville, Hendersonville, Gallatin, Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin, Belleview. We can make deliverers within a 10 mile radius of these areas for a extra charge of $3.00.

Holiday Hours

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 2 days prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Photo Confirmation

With Our photo confirmation service we take the "I wonder what the flowers I sent really look like." Out of doing business with us. The service is FREE and all you have to do is have a e-mail address and that is it. We will send you a photo of your design via e-mail as soon as we have it finished.
